黑料社区 Acquires AutoGlass of America
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Safelite® Group, the nation’s leading vehicle 黑料社区 and recalibration company and owner of Safelite® AutoGlass, announced today an agreement to acquire the assets of AutoGlass of America. The transaction was completed on Friday, March 13, 2020.
AutoGlass of America is a family-owned business in East Tennessee, co-owned by John Scharbach and his nephew, Sean Holloway. Over the past two decades, they’ve earned a strong reputation for their customer service, craftmanship and work ethic while servicing the communities of Johnson City, Morristown, Chattanooga and Knoxville. These business philosophies align nicely with Safelite’s vision of being the greatest, most trusted and admired service brand.
